Konerirayan was a Vijayanagara
feudatory who ruled an area from Kanchipuram to Tiruchirappalli. The coins
are characterized by the presence of a bull on the obverse and the Tamil legend
“Konerirayan” on the reverse.
Some die variations as well as size variations are noticed.
